JACK DANIEL’S HOUSE 7 @ THUNDERBIRD HOTEL, LAS VEGAS

It was such an honor to be part of the team that launched the House 7 takeover of the Thunderbird Hotel. I worked under the Creative Director and sourced all of the props as well as styled over 15 custom rooms, from The Bachelorette Room, The Beat boxer Room, the Woodstock Hippies, the EDM room, the White Room Speakeasy, the Sinatra Room and the Traveling Mystic Room, the Pillow fight room, just to name a few. It was a incredible feat with an excellent team. We actually finished early and threw an epic weekend of festivities despite an Earthquake hitting 30 minutes into the event on the first night, and a building catching on fire across the street on the second night. What can you say? Its Vegas..

 

Arizona Iced tea’s #GB99 25th anniversary pop-up shop

THIS was one of the most extensive projects I’ve ever worked on. What was supposed to be 3 months contract turned into 11 months of hustle and grind. The Creative Director set the tone and I designed and developed over 60 custom branded items. I also worked on pitch decks and mock designs for collaborations such as Vans, Adidas, Sugarfina, Opening Ceremony and so many more.

The event was a week long Pop-up shop for AriZona’s 25th anniversary housed in Soho. The concept was riffed off the Classic NYC bodega with refrigerators full of the 99cent cans.
There was a secret backroom cherry blossom tree experience with a tattoo artist and jean jacket customization shop. Lines circled the blocks the entire day. Influencers came. It was excellent.

 

JACK DANIEL’S ‘GENERAL STORE’ Pop-up

This was the first project through Mirrorball that really sold me on Experiential marketing. We created an immersive “General Store” with a fully functioning Bakery/coffee shop, Barber Shop, Charcoal Distillery, Barrel-making Workshop, Gift Shop and a Virtual Reality Experience that took you back in time to Lynchburg Virginia, where it all started. This project was heavy on the vintage so it was very tricky to find so many items to fill shelves and really tell the JD story - but we did it and well under budget!

Jack Daniels decided to create a space in the Lower East Side for Private Events. It featured a modern Jack Daniels bar with a barrel VIP booth and so I was hired to do on-site styling and prop sourcing.
